Less Space, better used is an approach deeply embedded in our psyche.

The use of that space has been reimagined in this post Covid world, and we have drawn on data from leading research bodies to bring depth to design decisions.

We have supported organisations of various scales through cultural change in their worplace, either by fast-track or organic progression.

Every business is different and TDN have prided themselves on gaining an understanding of what is most important to the comfort,  productivity, efficiency & profile of a business.

We align our design approach with best practice from the WELL Building institute and similar organisations, to develop workplaces that support health & wellbeing

Our resource includes ARB registered - RIBA member staff, and WELL AP (IWBI accredited).

We have a history of providing design solutions across sectors but with a special focus on commercial office and associated mixed use situations.

The primary specialism in our portfolio is delivering the design consultancy required for delivery of interior space, for all scales of commercial office footprint, for café and restaurant spaces, for healthcare facilities,  residential, etc.

We have immense depth of experience in this field, delivering against complex briefs through several decades.

We now predominantly apply this knowledge in the form of a Client advisory role.

These skills are also constantly referenced to ensure our Workplace and Interior Architecture projects are evolved with genuine consideration of environmental engineering considerations, reinforcing our claim to deliver holistic interiors & workplace.

We pride ourself on the ability to think laterally and respond to whatever new challenge our Clients may direct at us. This has served us well in supporting the many Facilities Managementand Real Estate organisations we have supported.

This support includes space planning ranging in scale from 10 to 2,000+ positions. Occupancy observations and utilisation studies. Review of lighting & acoustic standards. Equality Act advice. Building Control guidance. Ergonomics.

This support has taken a multitude of forms, but primarily involves capturing drawn metrics for space reporting, and maintaining drawn record information to reflect the dynamic form of an evolving workplace.
