TDN designed an exciting and cost effective new 40,000sqft office location for a 400 person finance / technology  business relocating from a collection of locations in nearby Epsom. The scheme involved refurbishment & reconfiguration of a 25 year old existing space as part tenant within an occupied building. The new tenant organisation were looking for a flexible and vibrant location on a constrained budget.
